    About the Role

    We are looking for a Senior Consultant specializing in Business Central Finance, with a focus on maintenance (including an additional 20% of your salary for learning). In this role, you will assist clients in optimizing their financial and accounting processes by implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365BC) in alignment with best practices.

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze business needs, processes, and functional/non-functional requirements.
    • Evaluate and advise on existing business processes.
    • Write and validate detailed functional specifications in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Configure D365BC to meet client needs.
    • Support data migration for finance and accounting systems.
    • Assist client teams with functional and integrated testing, including verification and validation.
    • Contribute to risk and change management activities.
    • Prepare, coordinate, and deliver training to super users and end users.
    • Provide pre- and post-implementation support.
    • Draft functional or technical project documentation.
    • Offer level 2 functional support to clients for ongoing projects.
    • Support the sales team with pre-sales activities, including software demonstrations, project estimation, system design, requirements analysis, and proposal content.
    • Participate in company initiatives such as training, documentation, creating training videos, and contributing to marketing content.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external customers as needed.
    • Regularly produce relevant technical and R&D documentation.
    • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Undergraduate degree (certificate or bachelor's) in finance, accounting, or a related field.
    • Strong knowledge of inventory, job, and service modules.
    • Understanding of maintenance and operations management.
    • Experience with support techniques and systems integration project management.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about new technologies.
    • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
    • Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.
    • Problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver simple solutions to complex needs.
    • Proficiency in written and spoken English and French
