    About the Role

    We are seeking a Developer specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to join our team. In this role, you will focus on analyzing functional needs, implementing ERP solutions, and developing using the X++ programming language. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to design tailored IT and EAM/CMMS solutions that align with business objectives, as well as maintain and enhance existing products for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

    Responsibilities

    • Participate in all phases of the IT and EAM/CMMS systems development cycle, including needs analysis, system analysis, development, testing, deployment, support, operations, and maintenance.
    • Evaluate technical feasibility and contribute to the development of detailed software specifications.
    • Design and develop new functionalities and maintain existing features using the X++ programming language.
    • Create APIs for Microsoft AX/F&O using SOAP web services (code units) and/or OData.
    • Optimize the performance of applications developed within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O environment.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and produce clear technical documentation.
    • Ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications.

    Requirements

    • College diploma in computer science or a related field (a bachelor's degree in computer science is considered an asset).
    • Approximately 10 years of experience in Dynamics AX and Dynamics F&O development.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience with SQL management using SQL Server Management Studio.
    • Strong understanding of ERP business processes, particularly within EAM/CMMS systems.
    • Experience working in collaborative, team-based development environments.
    • Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming principles, analysis, design, and best practices.
    • Proven track record in developing scalable, reliable solutions aligned with business and functional requirements.
    • Proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written.
