About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. You’ll be responsible for qualifying leads, managing a multi-step sales cycle, and collaborating with business managers and partners. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails.
- Understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Route qualified opportunities to sales executives for further development and closure.
- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in CRM software.
- Draft and review sales contracts and proposals for accuracy and compliance.
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners to drive recurring sales.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance sales tools, such as web content and sales collateral.
- Assist with online demos to showcase product value to prospects.
- Occasionally travel to industry trade shows and technology conferences.
Requirements
- Strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic sales environment.
- Excellent phone presence and ability to craft professional emails.
- Proficiency with corporate productivity tools and web presentation platforms.
- Experience managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Strong listening, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
