Job Description

We're looking for an AI-Focused Fullstack Web Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing features for our products, maintaining our technical architecture, and working closely with our development team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and make a significant impact on our products and our company.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the technical strategy for our suite of products.
Develop advanced features for our products, including our EAM/CMMS software (TAG – The Asset Guardian) and our customer licensing portal (Hub4Partners).
Maintain our product technical architecture, including code structure, tech stack architecture, and deployment solutions.
Work closely with our development team.
Work closely with data scientists or train lightweight models directly.
Optimize inference and model-serving for performance.
Build UIs that visualize AI results (chatbots, predictions, data analysis, etc.)
Provide support for deployment of our software solutions.
Resolve technical problems as they arise.
Inform internal stakeholders about any issues or considerations with the current technical solutions being implemented.
Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed.

Qualifications

Experience as a Fullstack Web Developer in an AI development context.
Proven experience working in a development team.
Technical proficiency, with expertise in at least one of the following:
- Typescript + React + Next.js
- Typescript + React Native
- Next.js (api)
AI/Machine Learning Knowledge
Experience with AI/ML libraries.
Understanding of model lifecycle (training, fine-tuning, deployment).
Familiarity with LLMs, NLP, image/video processing, or other AI domains.
AI Integration & Deployment
- Knowledge of model serving.
- Experience with in-browser inference.
- API integration for third-party AI services (e.g. OpenAI).
Strong ability to translate business needs and user stories into technical solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
Solid understanding of Git and Github are required.
Understanding of Microsoft’s Azure and Azure DevOps is preferred.
Understanding of Planetscale and Vercel is preferred.
Understanding of ERP systems is preferred.
Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Centrals is preferred.
Good communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to communicate in French is preferred but not required.
Ability to effectively leverage AI tools such as Cursor and Chat GPT to enhance development workflows.
